These terms apply to your use of charterfishingboat.com ("the site"), published by OneLabs LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What the site is
A free directory of fishing charters with fishing information for trip planning. We are not a booking service, travel agent, charter operator or broker. We don't take payments, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a charter.
2. Your trip is between you and the charter
Charters set their own trips, prices, deposits, cancellation and weather policies, safety practices and rules on board. Confirm everything directly with the captain before you book or pay. We don't guarantee any charter's services, qualifications, licenses, permits, insurance, vessel condition, availability or conduct, and a listing is not an endorsement.
3. Information on the site
- Listings are checked against each charter's own website, but businesses change their details without telling us.
- Fishing rules such as seasons, sizes and bag limits are copied from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and NOAA Fisheries on the date shown on each page. They can change at any time, sometimes mid-season. They are not legal advice. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your trip.
- Federal permit information comes from NOAA Fisheries records, matched to a listing by vessel name, and shows what NOAA listed on the date checked.
- Conditions such as water temperature, air temperature, rainy days and tides are long-term NOAA averages and predictions, not forecasts. Airport distances are straight-line miles.
- Fish illustrations are artwork to help you recognise a fish, not a guide for identifying fish you intend to keep.

4. Captains and businesses who submit information
If you submit or confirm a listing, you tell us that you run the business or are authorised to act for it, and that what you send is accurate and not misleading. You give us permission to review, edit for clarity and consistency, and publish the business information you submit, and to remove it if it can't be verified. If you upload photos, you confirm you own them or have permission to share them, and you give us permission to store them and, if we later ask you and you agree, to publish them with your listing. Submitting information doesn't guarantee it will be published, and we decide how listings are checked and ordered. You can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- copy, scrape or republish the directory or its content in bulk, or use it to build a competing database;
- send automated traffic that burdens the site, or try to probe, disrupt or get around its security;
- submit false information, impersonate a captain or business, or submit someone else's listing without authority;
- upload anything unlawful, infringing, harmful or containing malware;
- use the site to harass anyone listed on it, or to send unsolicited marketing to listed businesses.
We may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.
6. Our content
The site's design, text, compilations, fish illustrations and logo belong to OneLabs LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use and link to any page. Facts and rules published by FWC and NOAA remain public information, and business details belong to the businesses that published them.
7. Copyright concerns
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, use our contact form with the material, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner. We'll review it and remove material that infringes.
8. Links to other sites
Listings link to charters' websites, and pages link to FWC, NOAA and other sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.
9. No warranties
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONELABS LLC AND ITS OWNERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST MONEY, FINES OR PENALTIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON IT, OR ANY TRIP, PAYMENT OR DEALING WITH A CHARTER LISTED ON IT. WHERE LIABILITY CAN'T BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS. SOME PLACES DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnity
If you submit information or use the site in breach of these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from it, to the extent the law allows.
12. Changes and ending access
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site, and we may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
13. General
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't waive it. These terms, with the privacy policy and disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
